Membership Benefits should be easy to view online for Members

Currently, Members cannot see how many of a certain type of benefit they have left to redeem. This is proving to be tricky for our theatre because we previously issued paper passes to members when they renewed their memberships. These were redeemable for a free film ticket. We have some senior members who are frustrated because they can't see their total 'bank' of membership passes.

  Hi Emily,

  Thanks for sending in this request.  I think that this is a great idea and will have the developers add this as an entry as a possible update feature for the third quarter. 

  Any other Agile users that feel this would be a useful addition to the software, make sure to add your comments below and vote for this feature request.

  I think this would be great!  I would like to add the option to determine which benefits would appear as some benefits could confuse the members.

  We are running into the same issue as Emily and would also like our members to be able to click and see what their remaining benefits are.

  Hi everyone! 

  The update is complete and now you can update your benefits to add a Brief Description that the member(s) can now view online. Here are the steps on how to set those up.

  1. Go to the Membership folder and select Benefit Group.

   

  2. Highlight the Benefit Group

  

  3. Right-click on the Benefit that you wish to add a description and select Properties. 

  

  4. Enter the Brief Description. (i.e. Up To: %maxitem% per item (Used: %ordered% Remaining:%remain%). 

  

  Repeat these steps for all benefits that you wish to appear online. 

  When the member logs in to their account online. they will go to My Account and then click on My Benefits. For more information on how to instruct your customers on how to check their benefits online, click here for the latest article.
