Customers and Members can now view their benefits online by signing into their online customer account. Below are the instructions that you can send to your customers or add to your FAQ's area on your website.
1. Click on the sign in button at the top of the screen.
2. Enter the Email Address, Username or Membership Number to access your online account.
2. Enter your password when prompted.
3. Once you log in, click on My Account at the top right-hand corner of the website.
4. You will see your Account information. Click on the My Benefits button at the bottom of the page.
5. The list of benefits will appear along with the number of benefits that have been used and what benefits are left.
