Customers and Members can now view their benefits online by signing into their online customer account. Below are instructions you can send to your customers or add to your FAQ's area on your website.
1. Click on the User icon at the top of the screen.
2. Enter the Email Address, Username or Membership Number to access your online account.
2. Enter your password.
3. Once you log in, click your first initial at the top-right corner of the screen. Then, click My Account.
4. You will see your Account information. Click My Benefits near the bottom of the page.
5. Your list of benefits will appear along with the number of benefits that have been used and what benefits are left.
