Eric,
We have done a little bit of research into this request in the past. Our thoughts were around producing an Intuit Interchange Format (.Iif) File that could be imported into Quickbooks. It would contain General journal entries for the accounts defined in Agile.
Do you have any other information about how you would expect this process to work? Would the data be similar to our Accounting Batch Audit - Journal Entries report?

Hi John,
I am interested! Someone at Agile built me a flat file with those journal entries (that report you mention above has titles and total and is formatted...), and I "built" an excel mapping table from which I make another flat file that I copy into a CSV file that I upload into QuickBooks. It's almost longer to explain than to do it.
One thing I miss in my custom file (that anyone else really could use with their own mapping table to upload into QBO) is the cash part. Instead of having the cash expected, I would rather have that line split in 2, cash as per closing and cash over/under - which would amount to the same total but would be faster to reconcile with my cash deposits in the bank. Happy to discuss this with you if you'd like to see how I set up my file for upload.
