Automatic Email Confirmation/Order Receipt

We are hoping to have email confirmations/order receipts with the tickets sent automatically after an order is made. Currently, we need to manually press the Email Confirmation button in order to send an email confirmation. It would be nice to have this process fully automated so no manual interaction is needed.

It seems odd and cumbersome that it would need to manually be done in order for the customer to receive an email confirmation.

  Hi Jeff, I agree that this would be a nice feature to choose to enable, perhaps on certain items, as long as you can also turn it off.   At times, for the festivals I work with, it's advantageous to not send an email confirmation, like in cases where we are processing passes and want to use an external system to send the confirmations so we can customize messaging a bit more per price level, for example.
