Split Tender payments don't show up on all reports which is important for Financial settlements/auditing.

John Lemon Alice,
Do you have an example of a report where you are having trouble with this?

Alice Howard I will have to confer with our Accounting clerk to get the specific dates. She is not here today, however. Once I can get the dates where we know there were split payments I can get back to you on that. The Consolidated Cash Out Report doesn't break down the split tender amounts by payment type - which is what we print on a daily basis. I'd have to look at it again to verify but if I recall correctly, it wasn't splitting the totals and adding them to their individual payments.
The Daily Audit Consolidated Report shows the split payments correctly, I believe.

Hgoff I've also had trouble with how split payments show on certain reports. I need to be able to break down daily revenue in each account by the payment method used (e.g. total credit card sales going in our admissions account). In every report I've tried, it either shows a breakdown by account but totals all payment methods together, breaks down the total sales for the day by payment method but doesn't include a breakdown by account, or include a breakdown by account and payment method but then won't include split payments in those totals.
The two reports that get closest are:
Accounting Batch Audit - Pay Type Group and Account
Includes account revenue codes broken down by payment method but split payments are listed in a different section, which means we have to manually add each individual payment method to the totals in the first section to know the true totals. This split payment section will also not always show the breakdown by account, instead just listing order numbers (which we have to then look up and decipher ourselves).Organization Invoice - Method of Payment
Shows account revenue by payment method, but once again the split payments are lumped together into one total. Doesn't even include a separate split pay section, making it effectively useless. This would be the perfect report if it didn't merge split cash/card payments, etc.I hope this gets fixed soon!
