Hello, My colleagues and I at Contemporary Calgary recently set up some promotion codes for our membership and admission, with the assistance of Ginny who has been an amazing help throughout the last few months for us! We plan to create more promo codes in the future, and as such would like to enquire about the possibility of making some changes to the way promo codes operate through Agile: We would love to have the ability for customers who are purchasing online to enter a promo code at checkout, which would apply a discount percentage to their entire cart, rather than having to create a different price type for each new promotion amount that we want to create in the future. If this is something that other clients have requested, we think it would be extremely useful for anyone using Web Online as well as AMS/POS. Thank you so much for your time, and we look forward to hearing back from you. Warmest Regards, Signy Holm |

Casey Smith I am also interested in this as right now the promo code doesn't cancel out the regular price ticket in the screen so it has been confusing for a couple of patrons buying online. A general spot for a coupon code at checkout would help immensely.

Yanna Kruse Me too! Is there any news on this topic?

Gail Clook Yes, a promo code at checkout would make more sense. Many a times have our patrons added a ticket first, then were confused when the discount would not apply!

Aaron Lenox We also feel that this would greatly improve the booking process for our customers.

Matt Brown I would even expand on this to add a checkbox or something per event to exclude it from a promo discount applied in the cart.
