Please remove the requirement for data in a customer's phone # field if that field previously contained data.
Sometimes I need to remove a phone # and do NOT have new data to replace it with (e.g., their mobile was mistakenly entered as a home phone, and they do not have a home phone). Not every customer has a mobile, home, and business phone, so there's no reason these fields should require data.
I haven't had this issue until recently, so it might have been part of a recent update.
