In the Web Portal you can only enter 5 characters. When data has zip+4 (10 characters) example 85541-3666. it gives you an error when updating customers data. Red bar pops up and you have to remove +3666 to save.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The intention is that you should be able to input zip+4 in Web Portal. We will work on resolving this issue and update you once it has been fixed.
