Can you help be find or create a report that shows which dates and screening times had the most and least attendance?

A good report to look at would be the Event Sales Summary Extract under the Sales group. It includes high level sales information for your events. It is broken up into two tables. The first one is grouped at the event name. This will allow you to see attendance for all the Shows (Films) together. The second table will show you the information broken out by each Showing (Screening). You are able to filter this report by folder or include all of your folders. See the example screenshot below.
