Gift Card Improvements

1.) ability to give a an e-gift card as present so purchaser gets confirmation and recipient gets email with code. Once recipient either reads mail or some other action, purchaser is notified so they know email got delivered successfully. Or if physical card, let person purchase physical card that is mailed to someone and include a note. Requires at purchase ability to select this is a gift so person is prompted to add the recipients name and address. 2.) ability to “bank” gift card to account the way you can with Amazon. Fine if it is limited to members only as long as person can purchase membership as gift at same time. 3.) admin needs to be able to see that person has gift card banked on account. 4.) if tickets cost more than amount banked, person is prompted for credit card for balance.
