I would like to suggest that Agile build in the ability to modify or amend Ticket Types. Currently, organizations are only able to disable or enable ticket types. For instance, if you have a ticket type that is spelled correctly but has a capitalization that should not be there, you cannot delete it and start from scratch or amend the spelling.
