Users already just log in with their email addresses, so why does the system require a username at all?
Currently, ticketing only requires an email address (or member number) and password to log in, so set up a username to begin with? It has been a continuing point of confusion for our patrons who forget their logins/passwords, so we'd love to switch to email-only set up. It would alleviate a lot of confusion because email addresses are unique to each individual.
