Agile Ticketing Update 6.41

We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early June 9, 2026, between the hours of 3:15 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST.  During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform.

The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, June 9, 2026, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete, you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.

Enhancements

  • Apple / Google Pay support online and in custom branded apps - 0:35
  • Full venue seating map - 2:22
  • QuickBooks Online integration - 4:34
  • Digital signage editor - 10:09
  • Event multi price edit in portal - 14:55
  • POS showtime view - 15:31

Maintenance Items

  • Fixed an issue where the underlying member sequence number would get incorrect during customer merges.
  • Fixed visibility of enabled option on questions.
  • Fixed visibility of disabled venues.
  • Fixed an issue with forwarding tickets causing extra ticket logs to be stored.
  • Fixed listing of merchant accounts.
  • Adjustments to how loyalty points show up on POS.
  • Adjusted media storage to add an additional offsite backup location.
