Phone System Outage 3/23/2022

Currently, Agile Ticketing is experiencing issues with the Service Provider for our Support Phones and Meetings. We may be unable to make or receive calls and unable to host screenshare support sessions. If you require assistance, until further notice, please email into support@agiletix.com for all requests.

 

When the issues has been resolved we will provide another notice with additional information.

The Agile Ticketing Phone support line has been restored and we should be able to accept support requests via the phone. If you still have issues reaching us however please send your support request to support@agiletix.com and an agent will respond as quickly as possible.
