Agile Ticketing Update 6.39

We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early December 16, 2025, between the hours of 3:15 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST.  During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform.

The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, December 16, 2025, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete, you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.

 

Enhancements

  • Edit multiple Events/Shows/Showings at once in web portal.
  • Venue diagram in web portal.
  • Deferred balance order support in POS.
  • Membership by expiration option added to custom reports.
  • Added ATS Digital Signage App to Google Play store.
  • Bluefin payment device updates.
  • NMI payment gateway support.

Maintenance Items

  • Fixed an issue where distributor reporting options were shows in the shorts import process.
  • Fixed an issue with generating a random password not being long enough to meet new 12 character requirement.
  • Fixed an issue with setting up initial password on portal welcome page.
  • Fixed issue where forgot password and forgot member number process would send multiple emails if page is left open in browser tab.

Notices

  • Support for Order Fees is being deprecated and full support will be removed in the next Agile Ticketing release.
