Agile Ticketing Solutions is performing maintenance on several security components within our ticketing software infrastructure. Starting on Wednesday, February 2 at 3:00 am CDT the Agile Ticketing system will be unavailable while we complete this maintenance. The process should take less than 2 hours to complete. Although the system will be unavailable at this time, scheduled reports will continue to run normally.
