System Issue 12/20/21

Agile Ticketing experienced some network connectivity issues at our core datacenter.  The problem started at 8:15am Central time.  The networking team at the datacenter noticed the issue and promptly took care of the underlying problem.  The issue is now completely resolved and no further downtime is expected.
