The Agile Ticketing WordPress Plugin allows you to seamlessly integrate your organization's WordPress website with your Agile Ticketing events and showtimes data. You no longer have to to enter your event information on both your website and Agile Ticketing. Also, we have made it easier for your web team as we automatically handle the Web Feed API refresh every 15 minutes, Cart/login widget integration, and embedding of the ticket purchase process into your site.

Installation
- For absolute safety, ensure you have a backup of your site before making any changes.
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress, starting by pressing "Add New Plugin".
- Continue by pressing "Upload Plugin".
- Drag and drop or select the entire agile-ticketing-plugin.zip when prompted.

Click "Install Now" and wait until you are prompted with "Active Plugin".
Themes and Customization
The plugin has been tested and deployed with the EventChamp and AmyMovie themes already. The plugin has the ability to be configured and can be customized to work with just about any theme. It pulls in events from Agile Ticketing as Custom Post Types. It provides a baseline of support for how events can be listed and event details shown on the site. Your web team can further customize these areas to your liking.
Frequently Asked Questions
The plugin is installed, now what?
Enter your credentials and save. If your credentials can be used to access your data, play around with our post creation settings (we recommend setting post status to draft for this) using manual refreshes until you're happy. Once your posts are being created as you wish, enable automatic data refreshes and allow us to keep your site up to date .
Why am I getting an error when I save my credentials?
A number of reasons can explain this. We run a check against your credentials when you save to see if they are valid. The most likely issue is a mismatch between your credentials. Please also ensure the entry point and GUID entered point towards at least one show, as little can be done to validate nothing.
Why can't I enable automated data refreshes on a staging site?
Due to security issues, automatic data refreshes are disabled for staging sites. Please utilize the manual refresh tools available in our utility settings.
What is the purpose of the plugin?
It provides an automatic integration with your Agile Ticketing event data to create and manage posts. Configure how you want your data to be translated, define any custom styles, or meta-data/taxonomical mapping functions. Then enable automatic post management and allow us to keep your site up to date.
