Agile Ticketing Update 6.38

We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early September 30, 2025, between the hours of 3:15 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST.  During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform.

The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, September 30, 2025, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete, you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.

Maintenance Items

• Fixed an issue where customer's email does not get populated correctly when forwarding tickets in POS app.
• Added the MaccsBox film ID on shows to make it easier to know it has found a match with the MaccsBox database.
• Sorted Sales Line Categories to make it easier to pick in portal and admin app.
• Fixed issue with seat selection prompt showing incorrect plural value for Boxes.
• Updated SPF record check to be more thorough to allow custom email domain.
• Fixed issue where web links get messed up when managing a CRM email message.
• Fixed issue with search box not available for lists of events.
• Added additional inventory data to sales API endpoints to help with management.
• Fixed an issue where Ctrl+f5 in the admin app would cause a crash.

• Support for Order Fees is being deprecated and full support will be removed in a future Agile Ticketing release.
