Movie Database in the Agile Portal

How to start using the Movie Database if you are an Agile Portal Only Client:

If you are an Agile Portal Only Client and would like to start using the database you must contact your Agile Support Specialist and request them to activate it and let them know how you would like the available fields mapped.

The Movie Database has fields that can be mapped to Custom Properties in Agile. By default these fields are:
  • Rating
  • Runtime
  • Release Date
  • Release Year
  • Genre
  • Director
  • Cast
  • Writer
  • Production Country
  • Language
  • Website
  • imdb ID
  • imdb URL

You are not required to map all of these fields to custom properties but if you would like to map a field and don't have it already let your Agile Support Specialist know and they will be able to add it for you.

You can select 1 field, all of them, or any combination. It is important to remember that anything you choose to import from the Search will OVERWRITE any current corresponding contents in the Show and replace them with what is selected in the Search.Image_5.jpg

7. Once you have selected what fields you would like to import hit the OK button at the bottom of the window. This will close the window and add all the fields to the Show.
