At approximately 6:05 pm Central Time the Agile Ticketing systems supporting web based customer sales started experiencing service affecting issues. Our support team is working to redirect the sales traffic to our backup systems while we work on a resolution to this problem.

7:56 pm - We have identified Google DNS and OpenDNS to have issues. We are still investigating this issue.
8:15 pm - Technical teams have identified the source of the issue affecting DNS Resolution for some customers. Remedial actions are underway. Further updates to follow.
8:29 pm - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
