External Streaming Platform Setup Details Subject to Changes. If Instructions Do Not Match Contact an Agile Support Representative for Assistance.
For hosting your own streamed events, a Vimeo plan of Vimeo Plus or higher is required. For livestreams, Vimeo Premium is required.
It is also possible to use videos hosted in someone else's Vimeo account as long as their privacy and embed settings allow it.
Getting the StreamingID from Vimeo
When integrating with Vimeo, you will need to get the StreamingID to input into the Asset ID field in the Streaming Properties tab at the Show level of the event in Agile. This number value is found either in the bar at the top of the browser or above the video preview.

* Special Note(s) about Vimeo:
- If you intend to use a StreamingID provided by a Vimeo Account Holder other than yourself, for example a distributor, you should make sure they either do not restrict the Domains where it can be embeded or that they add the domains of Agile's ticketing pages to the allowed domains as indicated above.
