During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform, run reports, and receive any automated reports.
The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, June 9, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.

- Integrated directly with BitCine/CineSend, Vimeo, Vimeo Live, Vimeo Showcase, Zoom, BrightCove, and other services via our generic integration method.
- Control streaming availability based on a specified number hours after first starting to watch or after purchase date. Content can also be made open to all or open to members only.

- Changed the setup of payment terminals to be under the merchant settings. When setting up a sales terminal the matching payment terminal can just be selected.
- Added an error when a payment cannot be refunded because it is over 120 days and too old.
- Reports / Customer Relations
- Top ticket buyers report allows you to search for customers who have purchased at least a certain number of tickets or certain dollar amount within a date range.
- Member Upgrade / Downgrade report allows you to see the customers who changed their membership level within a date range along with details about their old versus current member level.
- Added a delivery method filter to the Membership Activity CRM query to allow targeting messages to memberships delivered with the new digital membership cards.
Maintenance Items
- Added day of week to header on event calendar view for mobile devices.
- Made sure start and end dates could be defined on new account benefit setup.
- Fixed an issue with duration showing as 0 when creating new Showings.
- Made sure Access Buyer Types show up when creating a brand new package.
- Fixed ADA seating option to always pick the best available section that has ADA seats available.
- Added addit link support for event tickets to be added via direct URL.
- Fixed an issue with adding a contact on an order.
- Added some warnings to the delivery method area on events to warn about possible delivery method setup issues.
