Agile Ticketing has found that the SafeSave credit card processing network is currently experiencing service interrupting issues. Clients that utilize merchant accounts on the SafeSave network are currently not able to process cards successfully. We are in the process of contacting SafeSave to determine a resolution for the interruption.
SafeSave has informed us that Verizon is experiencing a massive outage in the Northeast, and that is causing an issue with backend credit card processors and data transmission. Right now they are trying to reroute the data through other channels but do not have an ETA. Updates to the situation will be posted to https://www.safesave-payments.com/
UPDATE: SafeSave has released a statement on 1/3/2019 at 4:20 CST that this incident has been resolved.
