Adding Donor Settings to an Existing Price in Web Portal

1. Login to Web Portal at portal.agiletix.com

2. Click the Event tab on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the Pencil/Edit button next to the event or show you wish to edit.

4. On the Edit page, scroll down to Pricing & Inventory Tiers. Select the Pencil/Edit button next to the price you wish to edit.

5. At the top of the Ticket Price Edit window, select Donor Settings

6. In Donor Settings, click the drop-down next to Non-Gift Category and select the Non-Gift information for this price. Click Accept to save your changes.

Please note: donation information will have to be set up in the DonorPerfect software before it is visible in the drop down.
