FDMS Processing Outage - 11/14/18

There is an issue with the First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) processing network that is causing problems with credit card processing.  Credit cards are unable to be authorized or charged because of this issue.

Those organizations using a credit card merchant that processes over other networks like TSYS, Authorize.net, Moneris, or SafeSave are not affected.

UPDATE: As of 11/15/18 at 6:30 AM CST this issue has been fully resolved.
