We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early September 11, 2018, between the hours of 3:00 AM CDT and 5:00 AM CDT.
During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform, run reports, and receive any automated reports.
The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, September 11, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.
Enhancements:
- Reporting improvements:
- Improved report subscription management now allows you to edit subscription properties. Also, it is now easier to add and remove email addresses from subscriptions. New options were added for weekly recurrence to choose multiple days of the week you want to receive the subscription.
- Report parameters can also be edited later to change the settings for the subscription.
- Added report subscription manager permissions to allow the ability to view and edit all subscriptions in the organization.
- Reporting parameter selections are now remembered so when you come back to a report it will automatically set the values you last used.
- Disabled/Retired items show up at the bottom of options lists with "(Retired)" or "(Inactive)" noted.
- Improved event lookup and search for event based reports.

- Added auto assign starting at option for linking external barcode groups to tickets.
- Added ability to recharge a card on balance due order once a cc payment has been applied.
- Print User Batch receipt right from the cash in/out options.

- Further enhancements to Salesforce and Zapier integrations.

- Fixed an issue when adding/editing user batch notes.
- Fixed an issue when importing customers or members and sorting columns.
- Fixed an issue with long row names in the section editor.
- Fixed an application crash when importing shows/shorts.
- Fixed an issue when a web order that allows deferred balance gets fully paid for.
- Fixed an issue with Zapier not being triggered for some customer add/edits and membership add/edits.
- Extended cart timeout when adding new members. Problem when ordering a lot of memberships on one web order.
- Fixed an application crash when uploading show images in bulk.
