Agile Ticketing Solutions is performing some minor maintenance on components within our ticketing software infrastructure. Starting on Wednesday, August 8 at 3:30 am CDT the Agile Ticketing system will be unavailable for a few minutes while we complete this maintenance. The process should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Although the system will be unavailable at this time, scheduled reports will continue to run normally.
