There is an issue with the MasterCard network affecting a large number of banks and that may cause some of your card payments to fail.
When this occurs you will see a message noting that a Manual Authorization is needed. This process will not work at this point either.
For the time being our merchant partners have asked that customers be asked for another form of payment to complete the sale.

According to the official Mastercard twitter feed:
"We are aware there may have been some issues in processing a limited number of transactions earlier. The situation has been resolved and those transactions are now working as normal."
Agile Ticketing engineers have not seen any failure through Mastercard in the last hour. It looks like the cards are now processing as expected.
