Agile Ticketing will be updating a few pieces of our underlying ticketing infrastructure. The update to these server nodes will occur early June 19, 2018, between the hours of 3:00 AM CDT and 5:00 AM CDT. If required we will continue working on the update on June 20, 2018 between the hours of 3:00 AM CDT and 5:00 AM CDT.
During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform, run reports and receive any automated reports.
We are also releasing a small mandatory update to the Agile Ticketing app to ensure that future updates will continue to be delivered correctly. This update should only take a few moments to apply.

We have completed our scheduled changes for 6/19/2018. We will be utilizing some time tomorrow during the second scheduled maintenance window to finalize on some new configuration changes.
