We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early March 25, 2025, between the hours of 3:15 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST. During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform.
The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, March 25, 2025, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.

- Website Integration / Hosting
- AgileTix Wordpress Plugin - Automatically pulls your event data from the Agile Ticketing API into Wordpress custom posts. Ability to configure data flow and customize how data in pulled in.
- Embed Widget - Takes the Agile Ticketing purchase process and embeds it directly in your site for a clean integration. Cart and account management are embedded in site as well.
- My Calendar support - Added options for embedding My Calendar icons directly in your site so customer's can build their calendar of events even before buying.
- Added custom property list to feed API

- Added options to define rounded corners and fill color on box ticket/receipt formats.
- Add more info like names, level, and number on front of Google Wallet membership format.

- Added an additional check when a customer account is created to see if the the email domain provided has a common typo.
- Added camera scan option from POS to classic sales interface to enable pulling up order and tickets via barcode scan.
- Added support for persistent system message that users will see every time they log in.
- Made sure CRM email "Auto-Send" option is visible to all users.
- Added sub menu in web portal to show all web outlet groups under the "Box Office" button.
- Combined a few columns on the cart page to help streamline the look.
- Fixed several data validation issues for customer and price records.
- Fixed issue where alpha character in member barcode breaks updates.
- Fixed issue where a membership with only one delivery method would not have the method chosen by default.
- Fixed a few tooltips on buttons in the bottom pane of POS.
- Added back the ability to upload .ico files for favicons
- Adjusted customer image cropping tool to force square images.
- Fixed order receipt detail area where donation information was missing.
- Made sure POS button does not repeat name if both product and SKU name are the same.
- Updated My Calendar icons and made sure option was available when signed out on ticket search page.

- Adjustments how data is sent for Google Analytics GA4 tags/datalayer.
- Fixed an issue when multiple replaceable fields are used in a single link in a CRM email.
- Defaulted the payment amount to be the deferred balance amount when there is a balance to allow for easy payment of that amount.
