We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early October 23, 2024, between the hours of 3:15 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST.

During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform, run reports, or receive any automated reports.

The next time you log into the system on or after Wednesday, October 23, 2024, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.

Maintenance Items

  • Allow creating an event/showing without a template in portal.
  • Updated many underlying SDKs, packages, and dependencies.
  • Fixed issue with Display Date field not being stored correctly for events/showings.
  • Fixed accidental scrolling of selection boxes like state and country when you would scroll through a longer page like customer details.
  • Fixed date display for promotions in portal.
  • Fixed issue with invalid credit card swipes causing app crash.
  • Barcodes are automatically added to memberships when they are imported new.
  • Fixed issue with member that wants to remember their sign in and later comes back and their membership is now expired.
  • Made sure all file upload methods correctly restrict to allowed list of file types.  Further enforced static file content security by not allowing execute permissions on these user content directories.
  • Fixed issues with export and styling of custom reports.
  • Fixed issue that kept new delivery price types from being added in portal.
  • Fixed issue that kept new location groups from being added in portal.
  • Added more details to the CC authorization log area for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Made sure input fields were correctly filtering invalid/nefarious data from being stored in fields where it should not be.
  • Fixed issue with inline purchase mode status for Entry Points not being reflected correctly in the admin app.
