We are excited to announce our most recent update is about to be released. This update provides significant benefits to the Agile Ticketing System. The update is expected to occur early June 11, 2024, between the hours of 3:15 AM CST and 5:00 AM CST.

During this time, you will not be able to access the ticketing platform, run reports, or receive any automated reports.

The next time you log into the system on or after Tuesday, June 11, 2024, you will automatically be updated to the newest version. The update should only take a few moments to apply. Once the update is complete you will be able to access the system as you normally would. A summary of all the changes included in this update is shown below.


  • New Tablet Offering
    • Surface Go 4 tablet with rugged case
    • Built in MagTek credit card reader
    • Bluetooth printing options
    • Barcode scanning via built in camera
    • Photo capture via built in camera or USB webcam
  • Portal
    • Added support for editing Service Fees
    • Added support for editing Locations and Terminals
  • Discourse Forum Login Support
    • Allow customers to use their Agile Ticketing login to access a private Discourse forum
    • Access can be restricted by membership program and by membership level
  • Digital Signage
    • Added slideshow option to make it easy to show full screen content related to upcoming or current events
    • Define seconds between each slide appearing on the sign
    • Added ability to automatically scroll content that will not all fit on sign
  • Reporting
    • Start of week designation for reporting

Maintenance Items

  • Made adjustments to Portal widgets to use lazy loading and combined sales and Buyer Type widgets to be loaded with the same data to be more efficient
  • Added setting to hide unredeemed account option if not tracking matured revenue
  • Fixed issue with customer web login accounts not being created
  • Fixed issue with loyalty points cost not being shown correctly on kiosks
  • Fixed issue with entry of Zip Code + 4 values not allowed on Portal
  • Fixed issue with "Finalize Order" button placement on kiosk for $0 orders
  • Fixed issue with Auto Renewal checkbox on membership properties were not consistent in sales/admin app and Portal
  • Fixed app crash issue when printing in single click fulfillment
  • Fixed issue with SPF record check allowing multiple SPF records to validated
  • Fixed issue with sorting and filtering the customer's Sales Info details tab
  • Fixed issue with simple price mode not showing updated values in event price list
