Agile Ticketing Solutions is performing maintenance on several firewall and security components within our ticketing software infrastructure. Starting on Tuesday, April 16 at 3:30 am CDT the Agile Ticketing system will be unavailable while we complete this maintenance. The process could take up to 2 hours to complete. If we run into any issues during the maintenance we will utilize the next day, Wednesday, April 17th as a fallback.
