At approximately 4:00 am CST. We started experiencing high disk latency on one server in our cluster. We contacted our infrastructure provider to report the issue.
At approximately 6:00 AM CST Agile technicians pointed the URL servicing the box and administration systems to a server that was not affected by the issue.
At approximately 11:30 AM CST The issue seemed to be resolved.
At approximately 3:00 PM CST another issue was reported with the same system that affected several client that had previously been directed to our backup URL. Agile technicians are working to redirect these URL's to the working server.
We are continuing to work closely with our service provider technicians to get everything back to a stable state.
