Testing Network Connectivity

  1. All Agile Ticketing services require an active internet connection.  Sometimes there may be a connectivity issue somewhere between your location and our ticketing infrastructure.  We have put together some tools to help identify problems with connecting to Agile Ticketing.

     

  2. Check the status of all Agile Ticketing services via our uptime status page at status.agiletix.com.

     

  3. Check local connectivity at your location via the speed test below. Remember that for our Box Office services network latency is more important than overall speed.
