Agile Ticketing Solutions is upgrading several key components of our ticketing software infrastructure. Yesterday, we attempted to complete the changes necessary to finalize this project. More time was needed that we had scheduled in the June 26 maintenance window. Starting on Monday, June 27 at 3:30 am CDT the Agile Ticketing system will be unavailable while we complete these upgrades.
This process could take up to 3 hours to complete. Please be aware that this affects all services that Agile Ticketing offers. Also, any scheduled report subscriptions will not be delivered during the time of the maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
