Scheduled Maintenance - 6/26/2016

Agile Ticketing Solutions is upgrading several key components of our ticketing software infrastructure. Over the past few weeks, we have been updating several key systems in a manner that has not affected the availability of the ticketing system.  Starting on Sunday, June 26 at 3:00 am CDT the Agile Ticketing system will be unavailable while we complete these upgrades.

This process could take up to 3 to 4 hours to complete.  Please be aware that this affects all services that Agile Ticketing offers.  Also, any scheduled report subscriptions will not be delivered during the time of the maintenance.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Agile Ticketing staff will be updating the progress of the move on (Twitter, Facebook, Support). Please consider following us and turn on notifications for up-to-date information concerning this matter.

    We are finishing up changes needed to complete this maintenance window. The maintenance window has extended beyond our expected finish time, and we are working toward completion of this work as soon as possible.

    During the maintenance window we ran into some issues with connectivity with the new updates in place. We have rolled back some of the changes to bring all ticketing services back up. As of 8:00 am CDT connectivity to all apps and web sites are fully operational. We will be investigating the cause of the update failure, and reschedule this maintenance to continue another day.
