Manage/Adjust General Admission Inventories

1) Log in to the Administration side.

2) Find the event/show/template you wish to adjust.

3) On the Tier/Inventory tier, expand down the tier.

4) Right-click on the Inventory.

To Transfer Inventory from one tier to another:

5a) Right-click on the tier you wish to remove inventory from and select Transfer Inventory.

5b) Change the drop-down of Transfer To to the correct inventory

5c) Enter in the specific quantity to transfer, click Apply, then OK. The inventory number should now reflect this change.

To Adjust Inventory within a single inventory:

6a) Right-click on the tier you wish to adjust and select Adjust Inventory.

6b)Enter in the amount you wish you adjust in the Adjust Available Qty box. To remove inventory, enter in a negative number (ex. -47). To add inventory, enter in a positive number (ex. 28).

 

6c)Click Apply, then OK. The inventory number should now reflect this change.

To transfer inventory for Multiple Events:

7a) Right-click on the tier you wish to adjust and select Multi Inventory

7b) Change the Transfer To to the correct inventory.

7c) Enter in the specific quantity to transfer.

7d) Set the date back to include all events that should be affected and click in the white box to update. Click the check-mark next to List Templates if adjusting templates.

7e) Select the correct events to adjust. Each column (Internal Name, Start Date, etc.) can be sorted for an easier selection process. Click Apply, then OK. The inventory numbers should now reflect this change.
