Returning Agile Equipment
All equipment MUST be returned and shipped in the SAME boxes and packing materials in which they were sent. DO NOT CUT OR TEAR THE AGILE BOX. These boxes are custom boxes for our equipment, and their replacement cost is $350 per packing box.
Any equipment not returned to Agile in the same boxes and packing materials may result in additional supply costs and damage fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. Ship all equipment the day after your event is over or after the allotted time that you have requested so that it arrives within 48 hours to Agile. The appropriate form for shipping would be UPS 2 day or FedEx 2 day.
