Service Interruptions - 10/15/2015

Agile Ticketing is currently having issues contacting our DNS (Domain Name Service) provider Peak 10.  Our technical engineers are working with their team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  We will update this post once further information is available.

    Peak 10 has updated us with the following message:

    We continue to experience a widespread DNS issue affecting all Neustar/Ultra DNS services in the Eastern and Mid-West regions. Neustar is currently triaging the issue to bring all services back online, at this time there is not a present ETA of resolution. We will continue to monitor and update you as further details emerge.

    Peak 10 has updated us with the following message:

    At this point in time we have been notified that the DNS issue has been resolved by Ultra DNS. A malfunction occurred in their Ashburn, VA DNS node which initially mimicked a DDoS attack.

    Ultra DNS has restored service operation by routing traffic away from the DNS node. There may be intermittent connectivity issues while services are replicated, if you continue to experience extended issues please contact Peak 10 support.


    The Agile Ticketing technical staff will continue to monitor for any further connectivity issues. At this time the widespread service outage has been resolved and the system is performing at optimal level.
