At approximately 6:53 PM CST Thursday, September 17, 2015, One of Agile’s merchant services providers Elavon conducted unannounced configuration maintenance to disable dormant terminal accounts. The criteria Elavon used to identify these accounts was incorrect resulting in several active accounts being deactivated. The maintenance was system-wide affecting several Agile clients and various other Elavon merchants. Agile’s support team has been working with Elavon’s support to resolve this issue for all clients. As of 4:30 PM CST 9/18/2015 all known issues have been addressed, and all merchant accounts have been reactivated. Agile's support team will continue to monitor the system for any additional issues.
