Scheduled Maintenance - 4/7/2015

We will be updating the log management component on the Agile Ticketing server infrastructure.  We only expect a small amount of downtime of less than 5 minutes as a result of these change.  We are taking every precaution we can to minimize any downtime caused by these changes.
