As you are aware, steps to increase security and data integrity are becoming a daily reality. Your ticketing platform is no exception. Due to ongoing efforts to remain PCI compliant and with the increased PCI 3.0 requirements, we are rolling out a series of security changes to our ticketing infrastructure.
Beginning Monday, March 23, 2015 at 4:00 am CST we will be performing some security changes on our server infrastructure. We will continue to have a maintenance window every morning at 4:00 am CST to roll out the changes to our entire infrastructure. We only anticipate a small downtime window of about 5 minutes each day, and we are taking every precaution we can to minimize any downtime caused by these changes.
