From time to time our datacenter partner must perform routine maintenance on our physical infrastructure. Agile was notified today of a planned maintenance window from 8:00 AM EST to 10:00 AM EST Saturday July 12, 2014. During this scheduled maintenance window datacenter technicians will be performing quarterly UPS battery maintenance on the four parallel redundant UPS systems. The data center will remain on UPS protected power throughout the maintenance.
The Agile support team will be monitoring the progress during this time and will post status updates to support.agiletix.com. This is a routine maintenance and we do not anticipate any issues. This email is being sent as part of our commitment to keep everyone better informed of any known activity that could potentially affect service so proper plans can be made to minimize operational impact.
