In order to provide the best level of customer support, an Agile Support representative may request that you share your screen. This will allow the representative to see the exact problem you are having and provide a more timely resolution to your issue.
The support representative will provide you with a 10 digit meeting ID used to start the screen sharing session. Please follow these instructions to initiate the screen share.
- On the main menu of the app, go to the Help menu, and click Share Screen.
- Type in the 10 digit Meeting ID in the field, and click the Launch button.
- This will launch your web browser and take you to the Join Meeting screen. You may need to click on the Join Meeting option.
- You will need to authorize the screen share application to start on your computer. Click the Run this time button or just Run in certain browsers to allow the application to launch.
- Wait a few seconds while the application downloads and starts.
- The screen share application will come up. Click on the Share Screen image to start the remote support session.
