DNS Issue - 7/5/2014

At approximately 4:40am today, July 5th,  Our service provider Peak 10 support received alerts that a denial of service (DOS) was being launched against the Domain Name Servers that provide name resolution for some of the Agile systems. At 5:45am Agile technicians moved the DNS services to a backup DNS server. We are currently still on the backup system and plan to remain until the primary services are stabilized.

We do not anticipate any major issues with this move, however some sites may see sluggish response and sporadic name resolution issues as these changes propagate across the internet.
