Agile Ticketing was having intermittent connection issues between the time of 5:15pm and 5:45pm CDT on July 3rd. We worked with our PCI security provider SilverSky to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Upon investigation of this issue we found that a service on our active security appliance was not working as expected. Changes have been made to the configuration of this device to resolve the connectivity issues. We will continue to monitor the situation, but do not expect any further downtime from this issue.
