A scheduled maintenance window with our PCI security vendor is taking longer than expected. As a result clients may be have an issue connecting to some of Agile's services. We are working with this vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We will update this area with additional information as the we work with them to resolve these issues.

The maintenance window has been completed. We have been in contact with our security vendor to discuss the delay in the completion of the scheduled work. A configuration update on one of our devices caused an issue with some of Agile's services. This issue has been resolved and all Agile services are up and working as expected. Please let us know if you experience any further issues this morning.
