We are currently experiencing a networking issue with our PCI security vendor. As a result clients may be having an issue connecting to some of Agile's services. We are working with this vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We will update this area with additional information as the we work with them to resolve these issues.

Our PCI security vendor SilverSky has reset some services on our scanning hardware. This has resolved the connectivity issues that were occurring earlier. As of now performance and connectivity to all Agile services have returned to normal. We are continuing to work with SilverSky to determine the root cause of the issue, and we will work diligently to come up with a solution so we do not experience this issue again. We will continue to update you on this progress as more information becomes available.
